Each Monday session is 60 minutes, instructor-led, and designed so you leave with something you can use that same day.
Learn what AI actually is, where it already shows up in your daily life, and how to ask it good questions. We'll try it together live using ChatGPT, Claude, and Google Gemini so you can see how each one responds.
Use AI to research medications, understand medical jargon, prepare questions for doctor visits, and get plain-language explanations of confusing mail or news. Bring a real question — we'll work through it live.
Learn how scammers use AI: deepfakes, voice cloning, fake emails. We'll walk through real vs. fake examples side by side so you feel confident and protected.
Generate photos, write a poem, plan a trip, create a greeting card. Low-pressure creativity to close out the course. You'll leave with a personal list of ways to keep exploring on your own.
